I’m a Personal Trainer at Fitness First, specialising in both weightlifting and calisthenics. I help clients build strength, improve performance, and develop the skills to move with power and control — whether that’s through mastering free weights or achieving advanced bodyweight movements. My approach combines proven strength-training methods with the versatility and creativity of calisthenics, giving clients the tools to reach their goals in a way that’s challenging, effective, and enjoyable.
I offer a 1 hour 1-1 personal training session for £40 + the £6 fee for using the fitness first gym facility. During that hour I will be taking you through a workout program that is tailored specifically to your individual goals and needs to give you the most optimal progress.
