I am a Personal Trainer with expertise in weightlifting and calisthenics, offering a versatile approach to fitness. I help clients lose weight, prevent injury, enhance mobility, and build both strength and muscle, while also guiding them in developing lasting confidence.

What to Expect in a Session:

Each session begins with a warm-up designed to prepare your muscles, joints and activate stabiliser muscles to decrease risk of injury. The workout is customised to your individual goals and delivered as a structured program that you’ll receive, allowing you to follow it independently in your own time. Sessions finish with targeted stretches to improve mobility that will enhance both performance and quality of life.
