I first stepped into the gym at 15, driven by a burst of motivation to change my body. What started as a personal mission quickly grew into a lasting passion that has shaped not only my physique but also my career. In the early days, my focus was on building muscle size, and while inconsistent eating habits meant I didn’t bulk up as much as I’d hoped, I gained significant strength and lean muscle over the years.
Along the way, I earned my Fitness Instructor and Personal Trainer qualifications through college, where I gained a comprehensive understanding of exercise selection and adaptation, proper technique, injury prevention, and strategies to maximize performance.
Two years ago, I discovered calisthenics, and it’s been an exciting journey ever since. I’ve fallen in love with the challenge and creativity it brings, pushing me to learn and unlock new skills such as the human flag, levers, ring and bar muscle-ups, and handstands. With each training session, I’m still learning, improving, and aiming for new goals — and I bring that same mindset to helping others achieve their own.
