Calisthenics Group Sessions

Structured group coaching focused on building real calisthenics strength, control, and skill.

This is personal training for calisthenics in a group setting. Every member follows their own individual plan and progression level, so you’re always working at the right intensity for your ability.

Sessions combine focused skill practice with progressive strength work, building toward movements such as handstands, pull-ups and chin-ups, ring and bar muscle-ups, push-up progressions, toes-to-bar, and German dead hangs.

1-2-1 Personal Training

Whether your goal is to build strength, master advanced calisthenics skills, lose body fat, or improve performance, your programme is designed specifically for your body, your experience level, and your timeline.

Alongside your sessions, you’ll receive personalised calorie and macro targets, simple tracking guidance, a checklist of key habits to support progress, and weekly weigh-ins to monitor results.

1-2-1 coaching allows for deeper technique refinement, precise programming adjustments, and a level of detail that simply isn’t possible in a group setting.

2-1 & 3-1 Personal Training

All the structure and personalisation of 1-2-1 coaching — shared within a small group setting.

Each member follows their own individual programme, tailored to their goals and ability level. Sessions are coached with the same attention to technique, progression, and performance as 1-2-1 training.

The difference? You share the hour, making it a more cost-effective way to access personalised coaching while still receiving structured programming, progression tracking, and accountability.
