A cost-effective way to train with me while staying motivated alongside others. Work in a small group of 2–3 people, each with your own individual workout programme tailored to your goals. You’ll get personalised coaching on technique, progress and with the added motivation and energy that comes from training together.

Get a personalised training plan you can follow on your own schedule. I’ll deliver your workouts through the TrueCoach app with video demonstrations and clear instructions, so you know exactly what to do in the gym. You’ll also get daily habits to support progress, plus regular check-ins to ensure the programme is right for you. A flexible and cost-effective way to train with structure, guidance, and accountability.
